Problem with New Mission Dragon Secrets!!!

We cannot get into zoo story 2. This started when a new goal: New Mission Dragon Secrets!!!
When we open zoo story it shows a message box "Dragon Secrets". When you click get started the game completey shuts down. There is no way to close the message box.

We restarted device. Tuned the wifi off then back on. Uninstalled then reinstalled zoo story 2. We even cleared cache on settings. Still can't get into the game.

HELP!!!

I have the same problem. I have done all the recommended fixes and they do not work. I cannot even get in the game.

I believe there was a fix for this. You will need to send an email to support@teamlava.com so they can look into your game.
Make sure you let them know what device you play on. I am assuming android right?
