Issues after processing

I play the Restaurant story in 3 versions: Valentine's, Regular and Christmas. I use the Ipad 4 and Iam currently at Level 28. Sometimes when I serve a dish the game do the processing and I have to do it again, no big deal just uncomfortable. Last night after reaching Level 28 I decide to buy the drink machine. Pay for it and ask for the parts. This morning I couldn't find the box with the parts in any of the 3 versions, I even check in storage. I bought it again from the Christmas game version. I was missing 6 parts of the 40. While I was sending the request to my neighbors tthe game did the processing thing and the box vanished again. If I buy it again I'll end up paying already $30.000 for a $10,000 equipment.

What should I do? Help me. Thank you

Sounds like you are experiencing out of sync issues. This means that part your progress is not saving.
You can experience issues, if you are trying to play numerous versions.
You should only be playing the most current version of the game. Close out or delete the older versions.
The most current versions also have back end bug fixes in them.
