I have all the materials completed to level the building up(even purchased some) and I can't build it. The button does not highlight after everything is completed.

Have you tried force closing and restarting your game?

I am having the same issue too I even tried deleteing the app and reloading still isn't working when you figure it out please let me know

Yes, I tried closing and no, coins are not a requirement.

It changes! It changes from pink ink to 3/3 coins as one requirement.

Go with the pink dye. The coins is a display issue that has been reported.

What level were you trying to get to for the Love Spire?

Please make sure you are trying to upgrade through the Valentine's Day version of the game.

so if you aren't doing the Valentine's Day version the upgrades won't work? We started castle AFTER Valentine's one was all gone
