Yes they still drop. Just got 2nd horn within the last 2 weeks.

Do they drop from any adventure? I thought it was only from one in particular ( can't remember which one)

I got my last part a couple of weeks ago from Desert Sands, but only after the game glitched and I lost the burning ember. When I clicked on the castle again to collect from it, in it's place was the Alicorn part instead of the ember.
So it will come, but it may take weeks, months or even another year.

Is it still actually possible to get Alicorn parts from knights adventure? The Valentines are long over. I got an Alicorn wing yesterday from Search the Ancient Vault. Anyone else?

Aaaargh, after more then a year I FINALLY got the horn... But then the game glitched!!! So unfair! It's gone again.

When you first open the game go visit a nbr or send a gift to sync with TL's server. That helps to avoid that issue.
