Bug?

When I water my neighbors plants and gain stars
I built my level to level 3. For the past few weeks every time
I log back in I'm back at level 2. Is ther a reason for this?

Im guessing the stars work like this: Every time you water a neighbors crop you get one credit. When you reach so many credits you get another star. Every new day you lose x amount of credits. Therefore if you are at level 3 and lose x credits everyday without watering and gaining more credits, you will eventually drop down to a level 2.
