Credit for Box of Chocolates, Valentines Plant, Disappeared

I did the Box of Chocolates goal and received credit for it. There were more goals to do. Later all my Valentines goals disappeared. Later they all reappeared, including the Box of Chocolates goal I completed. Also I lost credit for one of the three Valentines plants, a lush plant, that I had crafted. I have deleted and redownloaded the app. I have force quit the game and iPad multiple times. I have emailed support with no resolution.

Support does not "get to you shortly." It took a week of back and forth and there answer was "sorry, we can't do anything about it." I must be the only one who had the problem.
