Craftable dragons not breedable?

Has anyone noticed that the craftable dragons , emerald / ruby / sapphire are not breedable??? Meaning, I cant use them to breed with another dragon ( they do not show up in my list to breed )
I know they were before, Ive already used the ruby , but it seems to have changed....?
Anyone tried lately ? Anyone know for sure if this is a glitch?

It was glitched before. They intended the craft able dragons to not be breedable.

On my iPhone, they can't breed in the valentine app but they can still breed on the original DS app. I used ruby to get Cupid.
