Cannot build some building even if level reach :(

Why i cannot build some building even if my level reach its always show sms "you're at your limited level up to build more structure of this type" but im sure that my level is reach because when i go to check another castle that lower level than me they can build that building eg.market place,tavern etc. Plzzzz help (my castle level 19)

The limit is on the type of building not on the specific building. Please see this thread for more information.
