Where do I find the emperor angelfish

I'm working on the fish collection, and I cannot find the emperor angelfish in the market or as a reward for any other collection. anyone know how I get this fish?

The pet in question was removed from the game earlier this year.

You do realize that from a game design perspective how colossally stupid it is to remove pets from the game and then not remove or modify the multi-step collection goals that they were a part of right? There's enough animals in the game that i tell my kids to avoid the collections because you have a precedent of doing that to people in mid collection. But for the average user who doesn't come on these forums to figure out what's up, the frustration level you engender by this practice loses potential gem sales from paying customers who would leave the game, not just casual freebie players.
