I accidentally collected from it and it didn't trigger anything, so I guess not

I do not know, I put it away a while ago because it gives less coins than a farmhouse, and it is huge and takes up too much space :-P

I collected from it a couple times yesterday because I was wondering the same thing. Nothing happened, but I'm not sure if I should still check periodically (like when I complete a quest).
