Help requested
My phone crashed on my Friday morning and I just received a replacement Monday. I load it in and try to transfer my account to the new phone but it turns out the phone is refurbished and the previous owner had a Storm8 account.
I tried emailing support@storm8.com and initially they replied almost instantly but when I immediately responded with the information they requested (i.e. what is account on phone so they can find me), I got no more response.
Any idea how long this takes? I am eager to try the new version of this game and get the LE dragons before they expire.
