Unable to open the Game

Hi, could any TL staff advice me on what to do? i am unable to open the game. i tried reinstalling 3 times already, but i cant open monster story. I am not sure whats going on. Could TL staff help me? thanks

They not going to help you.... I still have the problem after 3 months of asking and sending complaints emails to them. They will give you tips to try to solve the issue but chances are it won't work.... That's the most they will do. I have accepted the fact that I will never be able to play it.

I am not staff, but I will try to give you some help. First of all, I will need to get some information from you.

What Device do you play on?
What is the current version of your device-located in your settings
Do you play on wifi or cellular?
What is happening when you try to open the game. Are you seeing a processing button, then it crashes back to your home screen or when you hit your icon, nothing happens at all?

Are you playing any other Team Lava games? If so, are you able to connect to these games.
