    Energy limit

    The energy limit is 30, ever, or it will increase in higher levels? Or in larger cities?

    The energy limit is 30, but you can add more community buildings for extra energy. Community buildings randomly give extra energy. That's why a lot of large cities have numerous community buildings. I hide a lot of them behind larger buildings.
