    Industry Building Limit Reached

    I'm a new player and not familiar with the relationship between industry, population, businesses, and community. Currently, my industry building limit has been reached. Do I need more population? more businesses? Thanks!

    I have 23k pop and still maxed at 6

    The game limit is 6 industries. It doesn't matter how many buildings you have, your population, or your level.
