Jake said that we should have it a week after the update but been 3 weeks now

I crafted it on my 4S but never got it on my iPad
I get asked about when its coming out for the rest of the players and I don't know what to say

Can a mod or possibly Jake give us a time frame/date/info .. Anything at all ?!!
