The levels were alright when 96-99 had a few hundred thousand...those could be got within a few months each. But now no-one can tell the difference between someone who was originally a level 99 or one who got boosted by the new levels. If I was at the old level cap I'd be a level 96. Not a level 99 with nowhere to go.
