    Ugh I have the worst luck. Balcony door got stuck on Saturday, got it fixed. Now it's broken again but worse. Window pane came away from the frame and it won't close. Couldn't go to work today as have to get that sorted (have to wait for office to open) as I'm on the first floor and don't want to leave my apartment without being able to lock up. Wishing I had chosen an apartment on the top floor :-(
