Restaurant Valentine 2013 Issues

Further to my previous posts - the top corner icons are missing regardless of whether the neighbour is on valentine version or not

Just FYI- Monday is a federal holiday in the USA. This may not get attention for a few days.
I know- great, huh?

We will be working. Also, 98% of the time we check our emails and the forums even on our days off. Lots of staff members work on their days off and vacations to solve/fix problems if needed.

I am seeing the icons (although they are huge) when I visit.

Have you tried reinstalling?

Android Jelly Bean = the camera, social and Storm 8 icons are visible on top right of home screen but disappear when visiting neighbors - requires extra taps to use icon at bottom left - not good for my arthritic hands. It may only be neighbours who aren't yet on the valentine version - I'm not sure!

Same on Android ICS, Valentine's version only. You can do the extra taps to visit other neighbors like said above, and you can go back home to visit and go to other games, but you can't take screenshots of neighbor's restaurants.

The thread below was closed and we were told to come here to post issues. But there was more in the thread than just issues. All the new Valentines content was posted at the beginning of the thread and I found that quite helpful.

Try uninstalling and re downloading
Same thing happened to me and I did that and saw all the decor
