    Spell Shop crafting fails

    Device type: iPhone 4
    Device OS: iOS 5.1.1 (9B206)
    Step-by-step of what happened before the bug occurred:
    1. I crafted the Ruby Dragon.
    2. I attempted to craft Spell Scroll. (The same thing happens for Nether Dust.)
    3. The menu closes as if successful, but no progress bar appears.
    4. Reopening the Spell Shop menu allows you to again select a recipe.
    5. I also noticed that the animated water coming out of the dragon face on the side of the cliff briefly disappears after tapping craft.


    So far, I've tried
    • Visiting a neighbor, then returning home.
    • Waiting a day.
    • Force closing the app.
    • Force restarting. (Power button plus main button.)
    • Deleting and reinstalling.
    • Force closing all apps, disabling notifications, deleting Dragon Story, force restarting, reinstalling, running with no other apps, visiting another island and returning home.


    Any ideas?

    Check and make sure you have the most current version of the game.(under menu-help-) version number at the bottom should be 1.2.1.

    Also you may want to update the IOS on your iphone. Most current IOS version is 6.0.2.

    Dragon Story is up to date, so I've updated iOS. Still doing the same thing - I did try going to another island and returning, to make sure everything was synced.

    Before you send an email to support@teamlava.com for them to check your game.

    1. Try force closing all your game out running in the background.
    2. Go to settings-safari- and clear out data
    3. Try a hard reset of your phone. Hold down power and home buttons at the same time until you see the apple sign.
    Ignore the red slider bar.
