Translator's Tome Quest Glitch

After spending days collecting the material to craft the ink and pages for the tome, I was finally able to craft it. However, when I went to collect from the workshop, the game glitched. Te tome is no longer in my inventory, and neither are all the materials to craft it! The quest is still listed, but the thought of spending all that time to get enough glimmer dust and Water for the ink let alone to wait for pages to craft is beyond frustrating!

Any help?
