gems...disappear after buying them

I bought new gems and they went away on five minutes after purchase.....
There should be a way to earn gems ...not just purchase them.
The leperchaun Pandas do not work either, I bought them twice neither time did they finish after two/three weeks I had to sell them back. I enjoy the game but.....I have bought a lot of gems for them to disappear and I did not use them.

For missing gems , you will need to email support@teamlava.com so they can check your game.
