These threads have several ways of how to transfer. Support can take up to 5 business days to respond, possibly longer due to the holidays. If it has been more then 5 business days, you can reply to the email asking for a status update.
Whenever you are having issues, try these two things first - restart your device,
and delete and reinstall the app. Your progress is saved on TLs servers.Contact me by PM
