Stuck glimmer troll

I have a glimmer troll that appeared and when I click on it to defeat it, I'm not ale to battle it. My screen shifts and the icons at the bottom of my screen flash. I have re-installed the game as well as reset my device. Do you have any suggestions on what. Can try?

I have the same problem. I restarted the phone and then deleted and reinstalled the app. I'm on an iPhone 5.

After clicking on and around the troll about 500 times I finally was able to get the little hearts to show. Took me three days to defeat it haha.

1. Force close the game and restart - monster should be removed
2. Zoom in and click anywhere you can on the monster
3. Click on the monsters cloud not the monster
4. If all else falls email support

Make sure you are tapping on a part of the monster that appears inside the board (expanded area). If you tap on an area of the monster that appears in the unexpanded area, you will not be able to interact with it.
