Can you extend the time for the santa reindeer quest years

it's not fair that you had the carrot cake quest while the Santa quest was in progress, I wasnt going to ignore 1600 gems or whatever it was. I finished everything on the rudolf quest days ago, but I cant seem to finish the raidar part. Ive asked all my neighbors for it 3 times. (3 separate days) My phone bakery only got the request once, and most my neighbors are 4 stars. I think theres some sort of glitch because I know my neighbors dont ignore requests. I want extra time. I tried really hard to get the santa hut and im going to be really disapointed if I dont get it because of a glitch.
