    Have you tried to remove the app from background tasks? Have you tried to restart the device?

    Hi I have 2 phones, can I have the same account on both phones or will it erase if I transfer it to my other phone??

    can't have the same account on 2 devices. one ID per device.

    What is the process if you cannot/didn't set a password on your old device? Follow the level 2 + contact approach?

    If you have an extra device, you use that to transfer the new account to it. Then transfer the ID you want, to the new device.
