If it has been that long, you were most likely referred to the forums and did not respond to let us know you needed additional assistance. Try responding to the same ticket or create a new ticket if it has already been closed.
And ticket is not closed yet but "still waiting to be addressed..."

You can PM a Community Manager with your ticket number, and they can help you look into it.
