    My wife recently upgraded her iphone from 4 to 5c and when she went to transfer her games she couldn't. She didn't set a password for her storm8 account and didn't link an email address to her account either. Is there an 'easy' way for her to recover her games or is she at the whim of storm8 support?

    You will need to send an email to support@teamlava.com to help get your games back.

    If you had sent a password in your game for your storm ID shirtygirl you can try to recover your games yourself.
    If you play on IOS device check out post 1

    If you play on an android or kindle fire device you can try to retrieve your game by using a storm 8 game.

    Without access to her Iphone 4, and since she did not set a password, she will need to wait for support to transfer her games.

    I have a new device and I want to transfer me games to this new device. My games are in an iPod and I want to move them to an iPad which has more memory. How can I do the transfer? Thanks.

    Since you have both devices, you can try the logon method to pull your games over to your Ipad.

    I recievied my new tablet today and I'm not entirely sure how to restore my accounts. I play fashion story and bakery story, and I have an android tablet.

    You can also try to transfer yourself by using a storm 8 game.
