    Download any Storm8 game, get to lvl 2 & u cn transfer. I managed to get my Bakery and Restaurant stories back using Racing Live...without any help from TL support as my old device is dying & didn't hv time to wait TL support team to reply

    Hi I want to tranfer my games from my ipad to the iPhone. I have the udid numbers of both the devices but I am unable to open the link u have mentioned here. The page says I am unauthorized to do veiw the page. Please help.

    Hello, I have Dragon Story and I am trying to figure out how or where to enter my storm8 id in order to restore my previous game. I tried the above steps and it didn't work

    Try deleting your game and redownload it. If you are still at level one, set up a new storm ID then send an email to support@teamlava.com
    Tell them what happened and give them the temp storm ID you set up and your original storm ID so they can get your games back.
