    Angry money dissapearing

    First I kept receiving messages that I made xx,xxx dollars and yet the money wasn't ever added. Just now I got on and opened the catalog, but before I could order anything my money went down by 29,000 + dollars. I cannot complete quests because I cannot expand, because the game keeps grabbing my money. Very frustrated, I have written Team Lava several times. My daughter loves her boutique, but I am ready to delete it.

    I also recently purchased 105 gems for fashion story game & the next day most were gone & now all have disappeared. In addition, When I purchased the 105 gems the price was $15.00 @ 40% off. Today it was $ 13.99 @ 30% off. Waiting ob responses from team lava

    You'll need to email support@teamlava.com give them your ID, game and issue. They'll be able to tell you what happened with your gems.

    Thanks for reply! I have had dialogue with team lava several times & have provided them with my information. I understand waiting until after the holiday but this is ridiculous! I will contact my credit card company next. Thank you again!

    I too have contacted Team Lava several times. Never had a problem until I downloaded the Christmas version. Uninstalled all, reinstalled original, still keeps missing money

    Exclamation Missing Money???

    My money keeps disappearing from my account. I have sat & watched my coins drop down by 1-300 at a time periodically when I'm not making any purchases or doing anything, just sitting there. Why is this? It's very frustrating because I have lost a lot of coins since I started playing a few days ago.

    Version 1.5.5.5 I just downloaded it onto my Kindle Fire a few days ago.

    Try uninstalling and reinstalling the game.
