I have not been getting my daily bonus and its really annoying me, please solve this

What I've found helps with this in another game is to force close and restart the game when the game day changes.

Follow these steps

To force close you games, means you are closing out the game from running in the background.
On iphone, ipad, etc. ( you are not deleting the game and redownloading it)

Click you home button twice, your icons will show up at the bottom

You are not deleting the apps just closing them out. When you have app run in the background, it takes memory and slows up the games.

Have you tracked your total to see if its being added even though there's no popup? I think I read someone had that in another game.

No. But yesterday I should of been on day 3, but today I was still on day 3 it's very confusing sometimes I get it 0 times times a week but sometimes I get it 3 times a week. Could you please try and solve this?
