Whenever I received a gift type engine, fuse, gear etc. I accepted it but I have never found it in My Gift. Is it a bug or they are stored in another section of men??

If you're building an appliance, it goes in there. If you've received a part that isn't for the appliance you're building, it does get stored (don't know where) until you build that particular appliance.

I don't understand what kind of appliance can I build and how can I use it?

You can build an easy oven, stove or grill (under the appliance tab). If they're not there yet, give it a couple days. Sometimes the updates don't hit everyone at once. I have 2 restaurants, and can only see the new appliances in one. The new ones skip the extra taps for prepping and serving. When you do get to build one, you can either buy parts yourself for gems, or ask your neighbors to give them to you, which is free for all.
