Gems deducted during ?Processing?

I clicked the Beach Hut to purchase and the game immediately froze and said ?Processing? on the screen. When it finally unfroze, the 20 gems were deducted, but I did not get the Beach Hut. I filled out a form with all the proper info, then got an automatic reply saying ?Your ticket has been closed? and they would not recover any lost currency. HELP! Very wrong of Storm8.
