    Best way to spend gems?

    I have about 45 gems....looking for ideas on the best way to spend them?
    A tree, animal, etc

    I would buy each one of the fruit trees before the animals, starting with the apple tree.

    You need to be really careful if you decide to save for the apple. Watch out for the gem traps!

    each time I've tried saving gems they vanish (i assume in gem traps although I never notice pressing anything); best to spend them when you have them on speeding up earth wisps and wisp lanterns
    otherwise you lose them for no real return
