I checked on this, and the Clockwork Dragon can not be a child dragon. You can only get this dragon from Spin the Wheel(IOS) or buy buying it with gold.

Bred air and night and I got a 14 hour breed time? Can black break down to purple and blue and still keep the black to be a single parent breed or am I missing another possibility?
