Something is wrong with my bakery

I only have 4 customers at a time my rating is 17 I always have 100 and it been going on for a few days I'm making around 1000 bucks a a day ... This is horrible what's going on, I'm not making any money...and my customers are mad..

Is anything blocking the tables or chairs? A new decoration?

Probably is because you have two doors, but are blocking one. I have never seen anyone do that so you proably are getting broken hearts from the people who are attempting to come in through the blocked one. My recommendation:
Unblock or remove the blocked door
