Get XP for dragons sold direct from nest

Scenario 1: Sell a dragon off a nest
Hatch the dragon egg, and sell it directly from the nest.
You get coins, but no experience

Scenario 2: Sell from habitat
Hatch the egg, place the dragon in a habitat. you get experience
Sell the dragon, now you get the coins too.

This should be normalized where after breeding and hatching, you still get experience if the dragon is sold directly off the nest.

Also, how about higher amount of coins for selling rare and super rare dragons? That would make people with congested habitats less unhappy about having to sell their dragons to make space for new ones.
