Food levels

I see a major issue with bakery story...I see that there aren't little bars with the level "1,2,3,4" when you go to cook the foods to go up in levels such as "line cook seus chef" etc. Why is that? I play restaurant story to and there's no point in cooking. The pics in app world when you go to download show those bars should be there....I'm level 6 and my storm ID is mculley.
