It means that you go visit your neighbor's farms to sprinkle their crops with water. This is sort of like going to your neighbor's restaurant to put tips on their tables. The difference here is that you get 10 drops of water to sprinkle your neighbors' crops with instead of only 6 coins to tip your neighbors with.Originally Posted by ZL123

I knew that... but when somebodynwaters your farm what do you do with the water?
The water gets you extra coins when you harvest the crops.
