Not receiving rewards
I completed 2 quests today and never received my rewards .
1st quest was to forge 5 long swords and receive 6 diamonds and 1500 coins
The 2nd quest was completing the bandit quest 3 x and was supposed to get 10 diamonds but don't recall the. Coin amount but am fully aware I didn't receive it as I know my coins stayed the same .
Try restarting your device. If they still don't appear, email support@teamlava.com Gige them your ID, which game, and the information you provided here.
Whenever you are having issues, try these two things first - restart your device,
and delete and reinstall the app. Your progress is saved on TLs servers.Contact me by PM

Again today I did not receive my rewards for completeing Ivy's house. I have submitted tickets regarding all 3 incidents, but it is very discouraging to have to submit a new ticket each time.
I haven't made ant changes to my device and have not made any updates since I started to play Castle Story.
I don't understand why it's happening now other than its a technical issue with gameplay.
