Double gems charged for speeding up
I've been using the speed up option for crafting items, and I noticed, more than once that it charges double the amount listed. Ex: if I clicked on an item that says speed up for one gem, I ended up getting charged for two. It happened to me more tha three times now, and I am certain that I didn't over click as I intentionally clicked super slow to see the gem meter drop. Does anyone have the same problem?
Email support@teamlava.com Give them your ID, which game, and what's been happening. They'll be able to look into your game, see what's going on.
Whenever you are having issues, try these two things first - restart your device,
and delete and reinstall the app. Your progress is saved on TLs servers.Contact me by PM

I had the same problem and emailed TL and they restored my lost gems after a couple of days
