Royal points / max energy

Hi all, I'm new to this forum!
Wanted to ask if anyone else seems to have had problems with their royal points and max energy?
I have enough royal points to expand my land to get the tablet thing. I save enough coins and got my wisp lanterns now its saying I don't have enough?!

Also my energy was up to 35 now my Max energy is back to 30.

Has anyone else noticed this??

If you recently stored or sold a royal building or item your Royal Points will decrease. You will need to purchase more items that give you Royal Points or take that item out of storage.
