I have I phone 4s and can't send any gifts to neighbors. Everyday it says they have ready received max amount but that's impossible because I send them out at midnight. Will someone please let me know what's going on.

You can only gift 3 people per day. And of the gifts, jewels can only be sent to 1 person per day, and silver ore and fur can only be sent to 2.
Whenever you are having issues, try these two things first - restart your device,
and delete and reinstall the app. Your progress is saved on TLs servers.Contact me by PM
