I can't play Castle story..T.T

Hi!
I am playing many STORY games, but I have problem only in Castle Story.
I choose my Kingdom name, and I received reward.
But, See that picture I take.
I can't have my name.
Sometimes my name show up, but disappeared quickly.
I tried remove game and install again, problem is not solved.
When I put the name again, they demand 10Gems.
I spent 20GEMS and nothing to change!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Please check my game...

So it looks like you have no name showing, but to add name now you have to spend 10 gems?

You will need to send an email to support@teamlava.com so they can check your game.

When writing your name, are you using any special characters? ANd if you are are you using any program to type them in?

Looks like you have a name chosen already. Please try uninstalling and reinstalling the game. Try restarting your device as well. Let us know if you still do not see a name. Thank you.
