Both expansions next to Ivy are the same costs, so expanding to either won't make a difference.

I may be misunderstanding this, but on my game the left block next to Ivy requires 150 Royal Points, 4 Wisp Lanterns and 20,000 coins. They right block requires 180 Royal Points, 5 Wisp Lanterns and 25,000 coins. I can't click on the one she is standing on.

That was the same for me, hence why I went for the one she's looking at instead.

I fount that they were different amounts, go for the cheaper one, then you will need to expand to the square that she is standing on as well.
