Access to the old StormID

I just bought an Ipad and I want to install the old games I had on the iphone to this ipad. However, every game in the iphone with the level I achieved is gone, including Home design! My old ID was bety1502. I have not gone into this forum and anything, just simply played it. Now may you tell me how to go back to my old account please? Because when I added the old id to the new one as a neighbor, i saw my old account still works!

You will need to transfer your games to your ipad.

You can email support@teamlava.com and they can transfer your games. Give them you storm ID, the level of one of the games that you play and the number of gems you have in one of your games.

Also provide them the UDID numbers for both devices.

If you do not have UDID number for your old device you can try to transfer by Storm 8

Make sure you download all the games you are playing to you new device, but do not set up a new storm ID.

You have to transfer your old game to your new device first. Kooky posted the transfer link options above, did you go through those steps?
