Problem with wallpaper

I had put up the spider wallpaper all around my shop for Halloween. Now putting back normal wallpaper and one piece in top left corner won't accept the normal wallpaper. Now my shop looks funny with that piece of spider wallpaper. How can this be fixed???

Uninstall and redownload the app from the app store. If you are using the Halloween version of the game try using the regular version. Then restart your device.

I have uninstalled/reinstalled/rebooted several times, still won't work. I have the regular version. Now what?

You will need to send an email to support@teamlava.com so they can look into your game.


Note:Make sure to complete move anything near this area far away, then try placing again.

I have emailed support now waiting to hear from them. And yes I had moved everything far away from the area now I have a blank area!
