    「HELP ME」Missing collection reward

    When I completed the 'devoted companion' quest, a popup appeared telling me to 'collect' it.
    But after i clicked it, nothing came out.
    Double checked the collection reward section again and again, still nothing.
    Uninstalled & reinstalled, still nothing.
    Any suggestions on what can i still do? :-(

    Press the button that allows you to move stuff and then go to storage and it could be in there?

    I have started seeing these whenever I land on a friends store that has completed their collections (suspect is a bug?) Is there any chance that is happening for you at all too
