    Exclamation Can't play my Castle Story, please help !!!

    Today I lost all the progress to my Team Lava games.
    I haved restart, delete and reinstalled the apps twice , but I
    can't play at all. Mostly I want my Castle Story game back,
    please help

    Are you playing on the same device, or are you trying to open your games on a different device?
    If trying to play on a new device, you will need to transfer your games.

    If on the same device:

    Try restarting your device to see if your games come back.
    Try deleting the castle story game and redownload from the app store.

    If your games are still back to the beginning, send an email to support@teamlava.com so they can look into your games.
