iPhone 4 ios6. I went to bed last night with 174 gems. Woke up the next morning and accepted gifts from my friends which included 1 gem and after accepting them I had 79 gems. I worked hard to save up gems and now they are just gone. Please fix this.

I have had the same problem twice. The latest went from 30+ gems last time I went to game. Came back this evening and had 11. Have not bought any gems items during that time. Would love to know where they are going. Not fun!!!!
I lost at least 46 gems yesterday, got my 32 permits for an expansion and when I looked at the gem count a while later I had 20. Did not spend them, at least I don't have anything to show for it. I emailed support, waiting to get their explanation.
Went from 67 to 20 gems and all I did was add an expansion after I got my 32 permits. Sent an email to support, waiting to hear back from then.
