I can't get any of the Halloween goals in RK Hideout, nothing to purchase either? Is there something I need to do to access the goals?

CECI'S GOALS. They come after you complete the Spooky Hearth/Fireplace goal. These goals are in order, they pop up as you complete them.

Will there be new goals? Because I see some stuffs in this thread's picture that hasn't appeared yet. Like the antique clock, candy plate and orange drawer.
